Welcome to Harness your Inner Critic!
You've decided to embark on this journey to release self-criticism, perfectionism, reflect, refine and restore your well-being, self-confidence and self-esteem. Over the next 12 weeks you'll be guided to raise your self-worth and tap into your creative potential by harnessing the power of your inner critic.
Here's what to expect coming up:

This week, we'll focus on creating safety from your inner critic by creating a safe buffer zone, from which you can later objectively observe, hear your inner critic out without feeling hurt or attacked.
To do this week:
Let me know any questions come up, or if there's anything I can help with.
Speak soon,
Wenlin
