Welcome to week 10 of Harness your Inner Critic: Remember when you wished for what you have now

Last week, we went further into non-teleological thinking, practicing how to let go of the need to understand why, and instead direct our attention to how, and what is.

When in balance, the metal element and the inner critic has the power to reflect what is valuable and true. Harness this power of clarity and refinement so you can let go of the unnecessary and things that are outside of your control and step into your true power.

This week's exploration is to write a letter to your future self, the you in 3 weeks time, at the end of the Harness the Inner Critic program, as you prepare to conclude 2023 and step into 2024.

In this letter to yourself, look back since the start of this journey in late September and tell your future self:

  • What has changed / shifted for you?
  • How have you changed / shifted? How has your relationship with your inner critic changed?
  • Have you released any old stories about what you can or cannot do and who you are or are not? How does it feel now?
  • Are there any other outer layers, self-limiting beliefs you would like to let go of?
  • What have you discovered about the essence of who you are and what you’d like to share with the world?
  • And anything else that comes to heart / mind / spirit...

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you are done writing the letter, fold it, place it in and envelope, folder or safe place, out of sight. Make a note to remember where this is, as we will retrieve and read this letter later on.
