🧠THEORY:

💪 PRACTICE:
For today's practice you'll be guided to learn the proper form and technique for 2 fundamental stances- Wuji 无极 (Limitless Stance) and Ma Bu 马步 (Horse Stance)

Tomorrow we dive into the Qigong Shaking and specific populations to take precaution of when practicing Qigong.
I'm so excited to guide you on this journey. I discovered Qigong when I was feeling stagnant in my Yoga practice and teaching, and nursing a bad lower back injury. Qigong helped me to heal, and feel reconnected not just with myself but also with my teaching and my life.
What got you curious about Qigong? Reply and let me know 😊
